Half Rack Pro Monster Set

Half Rack PRO Set 3 is the super-equipped combination that makes everyone reach an agreement: a solid and compact structure complete with everything you need for full body training. Thanks to the Lat Machine with 95kg weight stack and equipped with a low cable outlet you can significantly expand the exercise possibilities and with the integrated rack you have all your accessories always neatly stored and at hand.

The adjustable pull-up bar during assembly can be adjusted exactly to your height and allow you to perform all pulling exercises, or, placed at maximum height (335 cm) and be used to mount the rings or climbing rope.

With the Half Rack PRO Set 3 and a bench of your choice to be purchased separately from LAB, CB-LAB or LAB-F you can perform an infinite number of exercises: Squat, flat bench, incline bench, military press, push press, behind-the-neck press, all the classic grip and execution variants typical of Lat Machines, cable biceps curl, low pulley, cable push down, pull over ... and with the optional handles: triceps in isolation, exercises with the anklets connected to the lower cable, the options are practically endless!

The HR-VBR rack allows you to comfortably store your plates to use with the barbells, furthermore, the base of the Half Rack is equipped with two comfortable supports for the Olympic barbells when not in use (so when you use the Lat-Machine you have everything neatly placed!)

Minimum height of the beam: 200 cm (overall dimensions of the structure 205 cm)

Maximum height of the beam: 335 cm (overall dimensions of the structure 340 cm)

Traction bar width: 105 cm allows you to have a wide grip and to use optional accessories such as rings and Suspension Training.

32mm diameter handle, ideal for most exercises.

The PR-P-SA safety bars will allow you to perform all exercises with the barbell in complete safety, their installation is quick and easy, no tools are required and adjusting the height is a quick process.

The Half Rack PRO shares many accessories with the power rack PRO, this allows you to quickly move accessories from one rack to another, a great way to save on the purchase of optionals!

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Adjustable Pull-Up Bar must be installed inside the poles before attaching the latter to the base of the Half Rack.

Pay particular attention during assembly to the reciprocal movement between the inner and outer tubular, danger of shearing! Do not work with the poles positioned vertically: always work in a horizontal position and never insert your fingers into the holes.

WARNING:
The beam is adjustable only during installation, there is no variation of the extension during use as for safety reasons it is fixed by means of bolts.

IMPORTANT:
The Half Rack SET3 must be firmly anchored to the ground in case the traction bar is used for dynamic exercises typical of calisthenics or in any case when the bar exceeds 2.5mt in height from the ground.
