Adjustable Benches

If you are here, it means you are looking for a multifunctional and adjustable bench, that can therefore switch from flat to an inclined position. The adjustable benches, in this sense, boast all the advantages of the flat benches (less, in most cases, the high maximum capacity) to which they add all the advantages of the inclined bench. As you probably know, there are numerous exercises, with dumbbells and barbells, that must be done strictly with a tilted bench, therefore with a raised back! Though, what should an adjustable bench look like? Well, being articulated, the attention for its overall stability must be even greater: if in fact for flat benches it is relatively easy to be stable and robust, for adjustable benches some extra effort is needed. Those who have tried to do exercises on low quality adjustable benches know very well what we are talking about! It's not all here. A good adjustable bench must really be adjustable: how can a fitness bench that can reach only three different positions be really adjustable? The back of a good adjustable bench, in fact, must be able to be placed in at least 5 or 6 different positions, varying from 0 degrees to 90 degrees! And yet, it must be made with the right material, both at a structural level - we are talking about the skeleton, nuts and bolts - at the level of the seat and back, that must be comfortable but at the same time padded so as to support the back of who uses them. And that's not all: as with any 'textile' element that enters the gym, it is necessary to make sure that the back and seat are perfectly washable!
