This training system was designed as a military protocol, the request was simple: to develop a combined strength / endurance / power training system effective on the whole body, without the use of overloads and without heavy equipment to handle. Suspension Trainer Lacertosus contains years of development in a single product with an obsessive attention to detail: you will understand it yourself from the moment you will open the package, nothing is left to chance; an example? The rubber of the handles offers excellent grip combined with superior comfort.

The adjustments are quick and intuitive, in less than 1 minute it is possible to change the configuration of the tool in order to adapt it to the new exercise, the Suspension Trainer is extremely versatile and thanks to the numerous anchoring options, you can attach it wherever you want.

The kit is complete with all the accessories you may need: door anchor, fastening strap (to be used for example with the traction bar or a robust tree branch); it gives you the possibility to use a single or double handle.

When it comes to safety, too much is never enough: the straps are designed to support loads over 500kg, a great margin for your safety.

The carabiner is forged in aluminum alloy: light and highly resistant, with a steel safety screw, you will never let yourself go.

The buckles are entirely made of metal: no plastic components in order to guarantee maximum safety in all conditions.
