Attrezzatura fantastica. Panca super robusta. I manubri sono pratici e belli da vedere (spero anche longevi) ma soprattutto si ha un risparmio di spazio incredibile.
Si riesce ad allenare tutti i gruppi muscolari (naturalmente se come me non si hanno obiettivi da super bodybilder) ed è un buon compromesso alla palestra. Dovessi implementare la mia home gym mi servirei sicuramente ancora di Lacertosus.
