Landmine Wishbone

Designed for synergistic use with any landmine attachment and Olympic barbell, with its patented design, the new Landmine Wishbone will allow you to increase your performance safely and with maximum functionality.

Coordination, stability, balance, explosiveness, strength, are all characteristics that can be improved through the wide range of exercises that can be practised using Landmine Wishbone alone and maximised through its synergetic use together with Landmine Stand, another brand new Lacertosus® exclusive.

The handles, made of high-rotation anodised aluminium on ball bearings, with medium knurling, guarantee an all-round workout, allowing you to approach and improve Olympic lifts such as snatch and sprint, allowing you to perform deadlifts with a neutral grip, without stressing the wrist joint, and to extend the range of exercises you can perform during your workouts such as the viking press, the wide stance oblique twist, and more.

The comfortable padding and generous rubberized handles with aluminium trim and laser-marked logos allow you to place the Wishbone directly on your shoulders to perform exercises such as squats, hack squats and lunges. The use, highly recommended, in combination with the new Landmine stand will also provide you with an ideal setup to position the Wishbone and start your leg session in complete safety and comfort.

The high-quality, chrome-plated steel loading sleeves are designed to accommodate all regulation discs with a ring diameter of 50 mm.

Safety first: the innovative locking system with steel knob and collar, inspired by competition collars, allows the Wishbone to be firmly clamped to the barbell without damaging the loading sleeve and preventing unwanted slippage during exercises.

Did you notice?

The anti-tip fin welded underneath the barbell scabbard, an exclusive Lacertosus® patent, is designed for use in combination with the innovative Landmine Stand's Y-shaped coupling to ensure the Wishbone is loaded to an optimal height for performing squats or similar exercises without tipping over.
This is a great and exclusive innovation in terms of comfort and safety, which allows the athlete to have an ideal starting point without loading the tool on the ground and then lifting it onto his or her shoulders, risking injury.

The loading sleeves are slightly inclined and converging to maximise the stability of the tool during the loading operation.

ATTENTION: 

• As this is a product to be used in combination with a landmine attachment, the trajectory of execution of the exercises is diagonal (different from the vertical trajectory you might have with a barbell), so before starting to train and perform any exercise, especially with a load, it is mandatory to become familiar with the equipment, the new set up and the biomechanics of the exercise you want to perform. To become more familiar with the type of trajectory, we recommend using the new squat block pro (#SB-E).

• If you use the Wishbone together with the Landmine Stand, during the loading operation it is mandatory to make sure that the Wishbone's fin is inserted into the groove of the Y-coupling of the stand. Furthermore, the discs must always be loaded symmetrically on the sleeves (example: you cannot load two 15 kg bumpers on one sleeve at the same time while the other is unloaded).
