Landmine Ball Handle

Designed to work in combination with any landmine attachment and Olympic barbell, solid and sturdy, made of powder-coated steel with a matt black finish, Landmine Ball Handle is designed to make it comfortable and diversified to perform all landmine exercises that involve gripping the barbell sleeve to perform them.

The generously dimensioned handle, with a diameter of 32 mm and a length of 21 cm with soft knurling, guarantees an excellent grip even during exercises involving a double grip such as landmine twists.

The spherically designed end provides versatility, allowing you to experiment and train different grip types during numerous landmine exercises such as lunges, landmine curls, RDL, lumberjack squats, presses, lateral raises, push-ups and more.

Safety first: the innovative locking system with knob and sleeve made of high-quality polymer material allows you to firmly clamp your Landmine Ball Handle to the barbell without damaging the loading sleeve and preventing unwanted slippage during exercises.

Used in combination with the new Landmine Stand, the Landmine Ball Handle allows you to vary the type of your workout by introducing completely new stimuli from exercises such as standing staggered presses.

ATTENTION: 

• As this is a product to be used in combination with a landmine attachment, the trajectory of execution of the exercises is diagonal (different from the vertical trajectory you might have with a barbell), so before starting to train and perform any exercise, especially with a load, it is mandatory to become familiar with the equipment, the new set up and the biomechanics of the exercise you want to perform. To become more familiar with the type of trajectory, we recommend using the new squat block pro (#SB-E).

NOTE: If, when first used, you have difficulty inserting the product on the barbell sleeve, you will need to slightly loosen the two threaded grub screws on the sides of the accessory.
