Single Hook for Rubber Bands

Manufactured using subtractive technology from solid-section steel profiles and stove-enamelled with epoxy powder to ensure maximum strength, Single Hook is designed to be used in synergy with the new rubber bands, the solid metal handle (#LCA-11) and the unique multifunctional bar (#MFB), providing a secure anchor point during your progressive load workouts.

With black karabiner included, Single hook is compatible with all racks of the PRO series. Thanks to the threaded ring nut front locking system, it is extremely easy to position and orient at the desired height to quickly change the work focus and perform new exercises. 

Push-ups, biceps curls and side raises are just some of the exercises that can be performed by placing your single hook down, used in combination with LCA-11 and rubber bands.


Anchored in the centre of the pole, it will be easy to strengthen shoulders and pectorals with rear and frontal criss-crosses or train the core with woodchopper twists using the multi functional bar and elastic bands.


Fixed at the top it is perfect for pull or push downs with elastic and ideal as a solid anchor point for your suspension trainer!



Did you noticed?

The black karabiner provides an excellent grip for working with both ends of the elastic bands at the same time and performing exercises such as double biceps curls.

The increased stop with a knurled surface on the back of the hook is designed to provide additional safety when using the product.
