Functional Rubber Bands Set (Medium 1000mm) includes three different intensities (10/30/50 lb), designed to offer maximum versatility in training without sacrificing Lacertosus® style and quality.

Ideal for any personal studio and perfect for all home gyms, thanks to their low weight, small size and practical carry bag, in combination with the new metal handles (LCA-11), they are great to take with you to the gym, on trips or holidays so you never have to give up the pleasure of training again!

Made with a high-quality rubber core and coated with high-strength fabric to prevent excessive elongation, each rubber band features a steel carabiner with a matte black finish on each end for speed, ease of installation and strength when anchoring to your favourite accessories such as the exclusive Multi Functional Bar (#MFB), the new Metal handle (#LCA-11) and Anklet (#LCA-12) and the indispensable Single Hook (#PR-P-HK), Door Anchor (#STR-DA) or Anchor Strap (#L0006).

Sold in pairs of length and strength, each Rubber Band is identified by its own colour code and Lacertosus® logo label according to the load profile:

• Light grey > X-light (10 lb)

• Grey > Medium (30 lb)

• Orange > X-heavy (50lb)

The 1000 mm rubber bands are ideal for side raises or fundamental exercises such as slow forwards, bench presses or squats with the new MFB.

Note: the possibility of performing the exercises also varies depending on the position and distance of the anchor points to which the rubber bands are fitted.

Did you noticed?

In addition to the practical fabric label with the resistance profile, there is a patch in the centre of each rubber band to provide immediate visual feedback on the position of the elastic's centre line. A really useful detail when you want to use one band with two hands.
