Designed and tested with the invaluable collaboration of national para powerlifting athletes, OB86-EPPL is the new Lacertosus® barbell meticulously designed and engineered for the Paralympic bench press discipline.

Designed according to the strict dictates of the WPPO (World Para Powerlifting) regulations and manufactured with the highest quality materials according to the precise standards of the Lacertosus® Elite series, the Elite Para Powerlifting Bar is the ultimate in reliability, smoothness and performance for a barbell specific to this particular lift.

Extreme precision thanks to accurate calibration with a minimum error of only 10g. The high load capacity of 680 kg and IPF marking make this barbell ideal for strength training and the Olympic lift.

The synergic combination of the loading sleeves on bushings, with the special non-slip for the discs, together with the hard knurling of the shaft with its exclusive 28 mm diameter, guarantee optimal grip and excellent stabilisation of the wrist joint, avoiding dissipation of energy during setting and execution.

Although it is a powerlifting barbell, unlike the 29mm IPF standard, the shaft diameter of the Paralympic barbell is 28mm to facilitate and maximise grip strength during bench press.
