As it is a cantilevered element from the rack, in the absence of a lat machine installed on it and depending on the type of exercise and training load, it is always necessary to verify the rack’s stability in advance, increasing it by loading plates onto appropriate storage pins such as (PR-P-VBR, PRO-PIN-F, or PRO-PIN-L).
