This barbell is not droppable (cannot be dropped when loaded) therefore it is not ideal for Cross Training.
The 50mm diameter loading sleeves are rotating to reduce stress on the joints, increase comfort and the exercises that can be performed; the handle is chromed to ensure long life and quick and easy cleaning.
This Olympic barbell is compatible with all Olympic plates, with a 50mm nominal diameter.

Impossibile sbagliare
Manifattura e materiali sono di primissimo livello, unica pecca la corrosione a livello dell'impugnatura, ma mea culpa che dopo più di un anno di allenamenti non ho mai ripassato il bilanciere anche solo con uno straccio
