Elite rig 3.0

RIG3.0, self-supporting 440 structure, equipped with 4 RACK stations and 12 Pull-Up stations.

The RIG structure, also known in jargon as “castle” or “cage”, is the crucial point around which every Cross Training BOX develops; its quality, sturdiness and reliability over time are important factors for the quality of the center itself. In Lacertosus, every detail is taken care of with obsessive attention in order to offer you a product that is not only aesthetically beautiful, but above all, functional and safe for your daily workout, today, as well as for years to come.

RIG3.0 introduces new quality and flexibility standards in setting up training spaces.

The Pull-Up bars are height-adjustable in 10cm increments in between positions:

7 positions on the front side

4 positions along the depth of the structure

The barbell supports have 80mm adjustments and fine pitch at 40mm in the positions suitable for the flat bench, to find the right set-up with any athlete.

The plug-in accessories include pins with a 30mm diameter to ensure exceptional resistance to extreme stresses: the RIG3.0 is the most robust and versatile structure ever built in Lacertosus, the result of years of experience, field-tested under maximum solicitation conditions. We pushed ourselves up to 6mt in height with custom RIGs for military applications at national and international level, structures placed in hostile and highly stressed environments… the result of all these experiences is condensed and now available to the public in the new RIG3.0 designed and built to last over time, setting new limits for the category.

RIG3.0 is an entirely modular project, with three standard heights for the poles: 260 – 340 – 420cm and three lengths for the Pull-Up bars: 120 (rack) – 200 – 300cm. It is possible to assemble modules of different heights and lengths to obtain a customized RIG, you can design your own RIG with the online configurator available on the website.

The RIG3.0 project also gives you the possibility to install dedicated storage shelves directly between the poles of the structure.

Lacertosus® RIG structures:

- They can be built on request with treatment for outdoor installation

- Must be firmly fixed to the ground/wall (with suitable fixing devices chosen by the customer)

- Floor and wall must be compact and strong enough to guarantee the correct fixing and stability of the structure.

- Assembly tools are NOT included in the packaging.

- It is possible to request a quotation for the installation by our staff with the issue of the “correct installation” certification.
