EXTRA REQUIREMENTS (for a fee):

Delivery to the Floor - the courier does not deliver to the floor. Please contact us first, as price varies by weight.
No floor delivery unless arranged with our customer service department in advance.


Delivery by appointment (€8.40 including vat) - The courier will contact you by phone to arrange the delivery day and time*.
*Times available for delivery are set in 3-hour time slots E.g. "Delivery from h 10.00 to h 13.00" (unless the goods are delivered directly by our specialized staff).


Goods insurance during transit
Goods always travel insured. Lacertosus SRL is not responsible for any deterioration, failure, delay or damage of any kind that may occur during transit.
It is the buyer's responsibility to make appropriate checks on the goods and to make claims against the carrier directly upon receipt, by precise reservation on the courier's delivery note (Accept the goods with reservation).

Delivery

If at the time of delivery no one is present, the courier leaves a paper notice and will retry in the next two days the delivery of your product. Failed even these attempts, the goods will return to the courier's branch, then go into storage, for which you pay a penalty of 31 euros+vat. If you think no one can be home, leave a note before finalizing the order so that the courier can leave the goods with a neighbor or family member, (so we avoid the goods going into storage).


We advise you to check the parcels pima to sign, if you have any doubts accept "WITH RESERVE", otherwise, in case of problems, we can not make a refund!


Following the delivery you have 10 days to check the material and to contact us in case of any problem (example: missing items, unsuitable etc...)

Timing

Preparation of orders takes 2-5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from receipt of payment. After preparation orders are delivered to the recipient in Italy on average within 5 working days (7 days for islands). The moment the goods leave our warehouses each customer receives by email the tracking to monitor the status of the shipment.

Deliveries abroad take place within 10 working days.
In the event that some ordered products are not immediately available you will be contacted by our customer service to find alternatives or arrange deferred deliveries.

Delivery times are to be considered indicative and not binding so in any case of force majeure or fortuitous event Lacertosus SRL will not be held responsible for the delay of delivery.

Shipments are made through the couriers Bartolini and Fercam (for domestic shipments).

If you receive a damaged package, please sign the courier’s receipt and add the note "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION."
Check the contents for integrity, and if the product is damaged, contact our customer service immediately. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a change to the delivery address by contacting our customer service.

If you are not home during the delivery, the courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to schedule a new delivery or pick up the package at a collection point.

We offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount. Conditions vary depending on current promotions.
